Shipping Information – TN Skid Steer Supply
At TN Skid Steer Supply, we understand that downtime costs money. That’s why we work hard to process orders quickly, communicate clearly, and ship using reliable freight carriers to get your equipment delivered as efficiently as possible.
Shipping Speed & Processing
We make every effort to ship orders the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (CST) typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM may ship the following business day depending on order volume and carrier pickup schedules.
Typical Transit Time
Once your order has shipped, most deliveries arrive within approximately 2 business days. Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier routing, weather conditions, and freight terminal schedules.
Shipping Rates & Classes
The majority of our products ship via LTL freight (Less-Than-Truckload). This means your order is transported on a freight truck rather than a standard parcel carrier.
$150 Flat Rate Shipping
Most items that fit on a single pallet qualify for our $150 flat rate shipping. This applies to the majority of standard skid steer and mini-skid attachments we sell.
Oversized Shipping (Quote Required)
Any item measuring over 84 inches is considered oversized. Oversized items require a custom freight quote and must be approved before the order can proceed.
Commercial vs Residential Delivery
Shipping to a commercial address (a business location with standard receiving hours) may reduce freight costs and minimize delivery issues. Whenever possible, commercial delivery is recommended.
Residential deliveries may result in additional carrier fees and may require liftgate service.
Offloading & Liftgate Requirements
Freight carriers assume the customer has the ability to unload the shipment upon delivery.
You will need a skid steer, forklift, tractor with forks, or similar equipment on-site to offload the shipment.
If unloading equipment is not available, a liftgate service may be required. A $105 liftgate charge may be applied after checkout if liftgate service is required but not requested in advance.
If you know you will need liftgate service, please notify us before shipment to avoid delays or additional charges.

Freight Responsibility Disclaimer
Once your order has been picked up by the freight carrier, it is considered in transit and outside of our direct control.
TN Skid Steer Supply is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the freight carrier after pickup.
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, you must note the damage with the driver before signing and contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
