Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through TNSkidSteer.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise arranged in writing with TN Skid Steer Supply.
• Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Order Confirmation

• You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
• TN Skid Steer Supply reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or issues with payment authorization.

Invoices

• Invoices are provided via email after order confirmation.
• Customers requesting copies may contact our billing department.

Credit Terms (Dealers & Approved Accounts)

• Pre-approved dealers and accounts may be extended with payment terms.
• Past due outstanding balances will be subject to a finance charge of 18.% per annum or the maximum allowed by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of future orders and collection actions.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us directly.
• Canceled orders may be subject to restocking fees.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment if possible or by paper check otherwise.

Financed Orders

• Order cancellations & refunds must be requested by electronic mail and sent to your assigned Sales Rep, or by calling 615-454-7544 at least 24 business hours before the order is communicated to ship, and before the order is “funded” by the finance company (i.e. communicated lead-time/ship-date).
• Once a financed order has been shipped, it will be fully funded and your first payments will be due shortly after that. At this point, your order is final and cannot be un-wound. Please talk with a representative of your financier or a representative of TN Skid Steer Supply about this before financing.
• Customer must provide a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase (i.e. Web Order ID).

Exchanges

If you accidentally ordered an item that isn’t compatible with your machine, or it just doesn’t quite fit, we’re happy to work with you and organize an exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as the shipping cost of the new item that is sent out.

To exchange an item, please contact us directly. You will then purchase the new item separately (we recommend you do this promptly to ensure the new item is delivered as quickly as possible).

You will be refunded for the first order once the item has arrived at our facilities and has been inspected for signs of use or damage.

Please note that you will likely have two charges on your account until you have been refunded for the first order.

The Return Policy outlined above applies directly to exchanges without exception.

Requirements to Qualify for an Exchange:

• Exchange must be requested within 30 days of the date the order ships. Orders outside of the 30 day window are not eligible.
• Product must be in its original packaging or, with approval from TN Skid Steer Supply, repackaged satisfactorily.
• Product must be unused.
• Product must not have been purchased using a financing company.
• Customer must provide a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase.

Disputed Charges

• Any disputed charge must be reported to TN Skid Steer Supply within 10 business days of the invoice date.
• We will investigate promptly and work to resolve the issue.

Ownership & Risk

• Ownership of products transfers to the buyer upon full payment.
• Risk of loss or damage during shipping transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns Policy

Only stock or standard products are eligible for return. Customers must contact the office within 30 days of delivery; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Specialty and customized products, including specialty paint, and custom builds, cannot be returned. All returned items must be unused.

Non-inventory items which are specially ordered for customers can not be returned.

Items purchased with financing cannot be returned after financing has been processed.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including properly packaging the item for return.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, including refused shipments.

Products shipped via LTL must be securely banded and placed on a pallet for return shipping.

TN Skid Steer Supply will arrange the freight pickup for returns, but customers are responsible for printing the Bill of Lading and return label and affixing it to the shipment.

Refunds, minus return shipping costs and the restocking fee, will be issued once the product arrives at TN Skid Steer Supply, is inspected, deemed to be in good condition, and the final freight bill is received.

Shipping

TN Skid Steer Supply utilizes various 3 rd party shipping companies to deliver orders to customers.

Pallet sized orders are typically delivered on semi-truck or large box truck. The driver will bring the shipment to the back of the truck, but the customer is responsible for unloading it. We recommend customers have their machines ready with a set of forks attached to unload when the driver arrives.

If unloading equipment is not available, customers may opt for a liftgate delivery for a $75 fee. Someone must be present to sign for delivery.

Additional charges apply for deliveries to islands. Contact our office for specific rates.

• No warranty provided
• Final sale (no returns, refunds, or exchanges)
• Customers must review all product details prior to purchase
