Warranty Details – TN Skid Steer Supply

TN Skid Steer Supply partners exclusively with reputable manufacturers to provide high-quality skid steer and mini-skid attachments. Most products include a manufacturer-issued warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship, generally for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that consumable or high-wear components—such as blades, cutting edges, hoses, hydraulic fittings, teeth, oils, chain sprockets, skid shoes, and similar items—are commonly excluded from warranty coverage.

Manufacturer warranties apply only to the original purchaser and require proof of purchase.
Products labeled as demo, return, resale, prototype, or closeout are typically sold as-is and do not include warranty coverage. For specific warranty details on any brand we carry, you may refer to that manufacturer’s official warranty documentation.

TN Skid Steer Supply does not manufacture attachments, and therefore does not offer manufacturer-style warranties beyond what our partners provide. However, our policies for sold-as-is products and RMA replacements are outlined below.

Sold-As-Is Products

Some items may be offered at discounted pricing and marked as Sold As-Is. These units are unused unless otherwise noted, but may come from auction lots, returns, or distributors clearing excess inventory. Sold-As-Is items are offered under the following terms:

  These products are not eligible for manufacturer or seller warranties of any kind.

• Final Sale
  No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for Sold-As-Is items.

  Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all photos, product descriptions, and specifications prior to purchase, as all sales are final.

We guarantee that the product you receive will match the model you selected and arrive free of defects. While manufacturers may occasionally update designs or components, the performance and function will remain consistent with the product listing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the item is unused, our Returns Policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery. A 20% Restocking fee may apply.

RMA Replacement Warranty

If you receive a replacement item through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, the replacement unit is covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date the RMA was issued, or through the remainder of the original manufacturer warranty—whichever is longer.

During this period, TN Skid Steer Supply will repair or replace the defective RMA product at no cost to you.
